A strong example of Sarah Burton-era Alexander McQueen footwear, these kneehigh buckle boots combine the house's tailoring heritage with equestrian and military influences. The structured leather silhouette, elongated shaft, and hardware detailing reflect Burton's continued exploration of strength, femininity and protective dressing. Sitting between utilitarian boot design and McQueen's more romantic aesthetic, they are a distinctive piece from the post-Lee McQueen era.
