This sounds like a highly unusual Demna-era Balenciaga accessory rather than a standard retail belt. The heavy aged leather construction, oversized chain attachment, and sculptural helmet-like charm fit the house's late-2010s fascination with exaggerated hardware, historical references, and transformed everyday objects. The charm appears to reference a Spartan helmet motif, which would align with the period's interest in militaria, power symbols and distressed luxury finishes.
