A highly recognizable piece from Demna's first Balenciaga collections, the NYC Souvenir Hoodie captures the designer's reinterpretation of tourist merchandise and everyday Americana. The SS17 collection introduced a new Balenciaga visual language built around oversized proportions, ironic graphics, and familiar cultural references. The pink colorway is one of the more distinctive versions and has become a desirable archive piece among collectors of early Demna-era Balenciaga.
